Kylie Jenner Apparently Starts Her Day Out By Drinking A Glass Of Celery Juice

Kylie Jenner starts her day out healthy – in case you were wondering.

The 21-year-old beauty mogul took to Instagram on Saturday morning to share a part of her morning routine, and it’s something she has in common with her big sister, Kim Kardashian – they both like drinking celery juice.

Jenner shared a video to her Instagram Story, where she is seen making the drink from celery in a juicer, and she even shared some of the benefits of her healthy morning beverage.

She shared another picture of her glass of juice (and her impressively long nails – how does she do anything with them?), where she listed all the health benefits that drinking the juice can have, channeling her inner health and lifestyle guru.

“I try and drink about 16 oz. in the morning and wait 30 minutes before eating,” she wrote. “Celery contains high amounts of Vitamin C and K, as well as folate and potassium and studies show that celery plays a role in fighting and preventing cancer and liver disease, reduce inflammation, and boost cardiovascular health. Calmes nerves, relieves migraines, and promotes weight loss.”

She then shared a picture of the empty glass and explained that she drinks the juice for the health benefits and not the weight loss, but she wanted to include it as well.

Drinking celery juice is something that Kim Kardashian also does, as she explained earlier in the month that she drinks it to try and help treat her psoriasis. She also shared a picture of her celery juice to Instagram, where she wrote: Celery juice. Pretty gross but saw that the @medicalmedium says it helps psoriasis soooo.”

Kim has always been open about her struggle with psoriasis, writing in her app back in 2016 that she was “always hoping for a cure, of course, but in the meantime, I’m learning to just accept it as part of who I am.” She also shared once that she was hoping that her psoriasis was “almost gone.”

Earlier this month, she responded to a publisher who referred to her psoriasis as her displaying “bad skin”.

This new trend of drinking celery juice first thing in the morning originated from Anthony William, a medical medium who first wrote about it on Gwyneth Paltrow’s website, Goop.
