Anyone who has ever owned a dog simply knows what kind of a special bond it is between the pup and the hooman. So, most dog owners would prefer their dogs to be at their weddings, too. After all, who else would make a better best friend?
Therefore, it is quite important to have your ball of fur with you when you enter a new chapter in your life.
And that is exactly what this couple from Illinois did.
It’s fun watching one of my images gain traction on the internet… now I just need some help from @darth or @dog_rates to know once and for all if a dog can graduate from good boy to best boy because I think that Boone has. pic.twitter.com/50kRCtXpQq

Boone stole the spotlight at Angie Blumberg and Jayce Conway’s wedding, which was held at the Rainbow Ranch Lodge in Big Sky, Montana.
Angie and Jayce are both 30 years old and they decided to tie the knot on July 28, alongside with their Labrador Retriever, Boone, proudly standing by them.
However, when it was picture time, Boone The Labrador decided to add some excitement to the picture by hilariously photobombing one of their pictures that was taken during the opening prayer.
Conway told Today:
“He’s a really well-trained dog. I planned for him to stand between me and my brother. Boone was technically the best man, but he couldn’t really give a speech so I thought I should give my brother a shot.”
“While everyone in the procession walked down the aisle, he stayed in his spot, exactly where he was supposed to be, until he saw Angie, and then he just couldn’t resist going over to say ‘Hi!'”
“And then during the ceremony, he decided to walk to the middle and roll happily in the grass a few times.”
Since it was posted, the photo’s gone viral with more than 50,000 shares on social media.
Blumberg and Conway were on their honeymoon, camping in Zion National Park in Utah without phone service when the photo became so widespread.
Commenting on this matter, Conway said:
“Last thing we knew, our friend, the photographer, texted us the photo on the night of our wedding and we were just dying laughing.”
The story behind the couple is really cute. They grew up together in the small town of Illinois, Freeburg, and they were quite the set of best friends before they moved away to go to college. However, the two reconnected at a friend’s wedding and they have been dating ever since.
