Man Goes To The Same Barber For Decades, Captures Snap In The 1970s

All of us have had those experiences of wandering from one hairdresser to another until one day, all of a sudden we find the ONE. It’s about being loyal to that professional and believing in their work. Once we have built that trust, we feel safe enough to continue taking services from them.

A particular example of what we said is Sam Farr from Bristol. Sam has been going to the same barber for almost half a century. Sam and his barber, Joe Pace, have been taking photos together since the very beginning of their ‘business meetings’, and that’s what makes their story even more interesting.

Let’s scroll down below to see some of them:

And of course, the barber and his client changed over time:

According to Bored Panda, Joe lives in Bath and Sam lives in a different city, but this doesn’t stop him from visiting his barber anytime he has to trim his hair.

The two men do not have only a business owner-client relationship. They’re also friends.

Here’s what Joe added about such relationships:

It’s been a privilege to work with people time and time again over the past 42 years, and in many cases, we’re not a customer-client relationship—we’re friends.
We’ve shared dinners together, been away together, and they’ve joined me on holiday trips to my villa in Sicily. In some cases, the fourth generation is coming in of the same family, and that is really spooky.
