Meghan Markle Pays Tribute To Princess Diana As She Stands Alongside Prince Harry In Sydney

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has paid tribute to Princess Diana on Tuesday, by wearing her jewelry as she and Prince Harry were on their first day of the Australian tour. She looked stunning, on a day in Sydney, as she complemented her look with a gold bracelet and a pair of butterfly earrings that belonged to Princess Diana.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed just yesterday that they are expecting their firstborn, and the news caught us all by surprise.

Princess Diana wore the diamond-encrusted earrings on her royal tour of Canada in the year 1986 in May and was seen in 1990 wearing the same gold bracelet. This is not the first time Meghan Markle has worn pieces of jewelry that used to belong to the late Princess Diana; she has also worn her jewels on the night of her wedding, with her engagement ring featuring two diamonds that belonged to Diana.

The butterfly earrings have diamonds on the upper side of the two winds and a single diamond as the head. Meanwhile, the bottom parts are decorated with black stones.

What was also noticed is the gold bracelet she was wearing, that also used to belong to Princess Diana. This bracelet was in the jewelry collection Princess Diana left to her sons.

Her white shift dress was by designer Karen Gee, and Meghan didn’t fail to impress with either, her choice of fashion nor jewelry.

The Duke and the Duchess arrived in Sydney on Monday to begin their 16-day tour of Australia.
