Brace yourselves, no, not really. BUT, get ready as Mike Myers has blessed all the humor lovers and those who have a sense of humor – with the confirmation of a fourth Austin Power movie. And, truth be told it will delight all of us.

The satirical British womanizing spy hasn’t failed to capture the hearts of the comedy fans all around starting with the “International Man of Mystery,” then, with “The Spy Who Shagged Me and Goldmember.”

However, guess what? The fun doesn’t end there as he is back for a fourth… 99.9 percent chance of it.

Myers said that not only an Austin Powers 4 is ongoing, but, one of his legendary characters will be making a comeback soon. He confirmed this at the premiere of his new project Bohemian Rhapsody.

In Digital Spy, he added that “the fourth Austin Powers is looking good” even though “it is taking a long time to write.” He also admitted that it has always taken much more time to write it.

He added:

You’re going to see Dr Evil soon, somewhere in the culture.

On the other hand, when Myers spoke earlier this year, he admitted his family to have been his focus in the last six years.

You know, I’ve been very… I’ve had three kids in the last six years and that’s sort of where my focus has been.

He had previously said he wanted to do one in honor of his late father.

He explained the matter into details, expressing how devastated he was by his father’s death.

I would love to do another, but you just have to see. I was devastated by my father’s death but to have that turn into something that makes people happy is unbelievably satisfying. It’s that kind of stuff you never get used to or get tired of.

Nevertheless, Myers gives us the vibe he is way more committed now.

The Austin Powers franchise is huge. Altogether the trilogy has grossed $876.3 million, which for reference, is a whole lotta money! Yeah baby, yeah!

One word for you Myers: KEEP. THEM. COMING.
