12+ People That Proved The Number On The Scale Doesn’t Matter One Bit

People think that weight and body shape are always corresponding things and that weight-loss or weight-gain is an exact science. Therefore, less weight = thinner, more weight – bigger, right?

Not exactly…

There are so many things which can affect your weight, depending on your body fat percentage, your muscle mass, water retainage, and even if it’s that time of the month. So, if you’re on a journey to get healthier, setting a weight as your goal isn’t the best approach. What’s important is to feel good, look good, and be healthy.

Because at the end of the day, the number on the scale doesn’t really determine much, and the people on the pictures below are about to prove that.

She was told she “‘didn’t need to’ go gym or change bad eating habits because [she] was small anyway.” But as this post has hopefully shown you, smaller isn’t always better.

What is better, is being healthier, happier, and more confident in yourself.
