Brace yourselves, humans! Netflix has just posted a new trailer teaser of Stranger Things on social media, captioning it “In the summer of 1985, the adventure continues…” Don’t you get it? The adventure will continue for the next year too. In the posted teaser, you can see all the episode titles for the third season of Stranger Things, which will air in 2019.
The titles of the season’s eight episodes are: “Suzie, Do You Copy?,” “The Mall Rats,” “The Case of the Missing Lifeguard,” “The Sauna Test,” “The Source,” “The Birthday,” “The Bite,” and “The Battle of Starcourt.” Shall I say, very compelling titles already!
The Stranger Things teaser also revealed the upcoming season’s logline: “In the summer of 1985, the adventure continues,” the time period in which most of the third season will likely take place. The teaser further confirms that the third season will debut sometime in 2019.
What we’re left to do is wait patiently (somewhat) for the third season.
Back in July, speaking for Television Critics Association’s press tour in Beverly Hills, Cindy Holland, the programming executive confirmed the sci-fi television series won’t be back until summer 2019. She also claimed that the third season will leave fans more satisfied, different from the second one, which left fans with some mixed feelings.
“It’s a handcrafted show,” Cindy said. “The Duffer Brothers and Shawn Levy, they understand the stakes are high. They want to deliver something bigger and better than last year. I think it’s going to be a fantastic season. It will be worth the wait.”
She also confirmed there will be more special effects than in the previous seasons. “It’s a really exciting season, just takes a little more time,” Cindy continued.
