Talk about love at first sight…
Jomaica Alfiler from Seattle is desperately trying to track down the mystery man she met on a ten-hour flight, hoping he could be “the one.”
The student revealed she felt a connection with the “good looking man in his twenties” who was sitting next to her seat and even helped Jomaica with her luggage.
Although she briefly spoke with the mystery man, the 21-year-old forgot to ask for his full name and number. Now, Jomaica, who is originally from Philippines, is sharing the story on her Facebook page hoping to get in touch with him.
The 21-year-old student wrote:
He was a good looking young man and was clean cut, had dark hair, and was around 5’8 – 5’9. He was probably in his twenties.
I believe he was wearing black Adidas NMD shoes and a silver/grey back pack, with an orange shirt and jeans.
Jomaica met the mystery man on a flight from Frankfurt to Seattle and admitted she “hasn’t stopped thinking about him” ever since she got back to America.
She was on the way home from her holiday in Portugal and stopped in Frankfurt for her connecting flight to Seattle. The 21-year-old was the last person to board the plane after being late for the take off and being held up in security. Now she thinks the mystery man might be “the one.”
I was walking down the aisle and looking for my seat and there he was sitting and looking. We exchanged smiles.
She went on saying:
I had small luggage with me that I had to put above the compartment before I sat down. He offered to help me out but I insisted on trying to do it myself because I’m a strong independent woman. In the end he helped me anyway because I was too short to even reach it – I’m 5’1.
The student said her in-flight friend was quite polite and helped her to recline her back seat, as well as offered her his blanket.
She said that she ‘purposely’ didn’t use her headphones hopping he would talk to her, but he didn’t. Jomaica then added that he was a lot on his phone and had “a little bit of accent.”
Jomaica wrote to the airline desperately trying to track down the guy, however, they couldn’t share information due to data protection.
In the message she sent Lufthansa, Jomaica wrote that she hasn’t stopped thinking about her in-flight friend asking the airline to reach out to him, adding:
I don’t know when will I ever see him again or did I miss my chance?’
Although the airline couldn’t help her, Jomaica still hopes she can find the mystery man.
I would like to find him, wherever he is and at least try my chances, get to know him and see where it goes, at least I tried and I won’t have any regrets.
Hopefully, Jomaica will find her guy and get her happily ever after?
