Summer is fast approaching and you’ve been meaning to hit the gym for months now, but things keep coming up and you haven’t had the time. No matter what your fitness goal may be, whether you want to lose weight or just get stronger and improve your condition, you can actually workout right at home, and you don’t even need any equipment.

Alexa Jean Brown, a fitness enthusiast from Arizona, posts these types of workout routines on her Instagram. She also has workout programs which “target specific muscle groups in an innovative way allowing people with busy lives the opportunity to achieve their best body”, as she specifies in her website.
