  • For a cold compress, put a washcloth in ice cubes and place it where you can feel the pain.

2. Vitamins and minerals

Consider taking vitamins B12, C and D, also foods rich in these vitamins to make the pain go away. It’s also good to consume 1000mg of magnesium and 200mg of calcium everyday. Make sure to consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

3. Aloe Vera
